Each device requires a different size 12v dc gear motor, we will use the following different sizes of gearboxes depending on your application, in general, the higher the torque required, the larger the size gearbox we recommend.

12mm Spur Gear Reduction Motor

12mm spur gearbox with smaller size, with DC brushed motor, can output 8-1520 g.cm rated torque, 19-3000rpm rated speed, mainly used in smart door locks, micro-robots, beauty instruments and so on.

25mm Spur Gear box

25mm spur gear box equipped with a unique double-gear design that rivals the performance of planetary reduction gearboxes, with high speed motor, 12v gear motor can output 0.1-15kgf.cm rated torque, 16-3964rpm rated speed, mainly used in vending machines, coffee machines, printers and so on.

37mm Spur Gear Box

With various high speed motor motor, the 37mm 12v gear motor can output Max.1.2-70kgf.cm rated torque and 5-650rpm rated speed. Mainly used in applications with high torque requirements. such as robotics, industrial automation, etc.
